To use as a massage rub:

To begin, combine equal amounts of Original Stinky Stuff and Carrier Oil. As a guide, a teaspoon of each is usually sufficient.

Alternatively, if your animal is particularly sensitive or you’re applying to delicate areas, start with 1 part Stinky Stuff to 10 parts Carrier Oil. Then, gradually increase the ratio until you reach equal amounts.

Next, apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin. Remember, less is more with Stinky Stuff. A light coverage on your fingertip is enough to treat an area roughly the size of your hand. Importantly, there should be no product build-up left on the skin.

Finally, apply daily to help soothe irritated skin. Once settled, continue using regularly to help prevent further irritation and maintain skin comfort.

To use as a shampoo:

To begin, combine an equal amount of Original Stinky Stuff with an equal amount of Shampoo Base.

Next, thoroughly wet the coat and skin, or the affected area, and gently massage the mixture into the skin. Then, leave it on for approximately 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

If needed, for animals with very thick coats or when shampooing particularly hairy areas, such as a dense mane, simply add a little extra Shampoo Base to the mixture. This helps the product spread more easily and rinse out more effectively.

To use as a fly repellent:

To begin, combine 5–10ml of Stinky Stuff with 5–10ml of Stinky Stuff Shampoo Base, then add 0.5 litres of lukewarm water.

Next, shake the mixture well to ensure it is fully combined. Then, spray the solution evenly over the coat and massage thoroughly into the skin.

For best results, apply first thing in the morning. If needed, reapply throughout the day to help keep flies away and maintain comfort.

Before first use, always carry out a patch test.

Importantly, Stinky Stuff should be mixed fresh before each application and used within 12 hours. Never pre-mix or store for later use.

Finally, do not use on breeding or pregnant animals.
