Apply a small amount of product to your animal's skin. Choose an area where the skin is healthy, free from irritation, and can be seen easily (not covered by thick fur/hair).
Can your products be used together?
Yes, many of our products complement each other. For example, Dog Stuff (topical) works best when used with Food Stuff (supplement).
How long before I see results?
Results vary depending on the condition. Some see results after just a few days, but for other problems it can take a couple of weeks. Consistency is key.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals. We are staunchly against animal testing.

Yes, Original Stinky Stuff. Use it as a rub on the base of the mane or tail, or as a shampoo to rid the mane and tail of irritants.

How often should I apply the products to my horse?
Follow the usage instructions on each product.

What courier/shipping service do you use?
We use Royal Mail. For the UK we offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are posted the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend are posted the next working day. Tracked 48 takes 2-5 working days. Tracked 24 takes 1-2 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked services include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Just select your country at checkout and select the relevant shipping service.
