Massage Rub:

• Mix equal parts Original Stinky Stuff and Carrier Oil.
• For sensitive skin, start with 1 part Stinky to 10 parts oil and build up.
• Apply a small amount daily to affected areas and gently massage in.
• A light coverage on your fingertip is enough for an area the size of your hand.

Shampoo Wash:

• Mix equal parts Original Stinky Stuff and Shampoo Base.
• Apply to wet coat and massage in thoroughly.
• Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse well.

To Use as a Fly Repellent:

• Combine 5–10ml Stinky Stuff with 5–10ml Stinky Stuff Shampoo Base and 0.5L lukewarm water.
• Shake well and spray all over. Massage thoroughly.
• Apply first thing in the morning and as needed throughout the day.
